ColorCatcher(顏色捕手)主要功能有：
1.運行後可以在屏幕上任何的窗口進行取色，不管您切換到哪個程序，打開哪個文件，他都能進行顏色的捕獲；
2.有兩種屏幕取色的方式，鼠標取色和鍵槃取色。在鼠標取色方式下，在屏幕上任意處點擊鼠標左鍵，即可取色（裝入程序的"儲色盒"內）；在鍵槃取色方式下，鼠標在屏幕上指定任意顏色後，按下鍵槃上的一個熱鍵，即可取得顏色（裝入程序的"儲色盒"內）；
3.熱鍵取色方式下可以一次取定多種顏色，一個一個裝入程序的"儲色盒"內，然後再慢慢使用；
4.屏幕放大鏡可以任意調整放大的倍數，方便您屏幕取色和查看；
5.漸進色調色板可以由用戶任意設定兩種顏色的漸進，這對需要細微調整顏色的用戶有很大的方便；
6.通過調節R、G、B各值的滾動條或利用各種調色板，來自己設定所需的顏色。也可以輸入RGB值或Hex值來獲得顏色；
7.可以把您喜歡的顏色永久保存為.col文件，以後任何時間需要此種顏色，即可從文件中裝載到儲色盒，然後使用，省去再次取色的麻煩，十分方便。
